2019 Data not downloading

Hello Sen4CAP Team,

I’ve been recently uploading the sample data provided in the netherlands. When I use these dates for the season : starting on 2019-03-01, middle on 2019-06-30 and finishing on 2019-09-30, I only have L8 L2A products. I don’t know why but S2 images are not downloading.

I tried to put another season in 2020 and the products are well downloaded.

So is it normal if the 2019 L2a products of S2 are not downloading ?

Unfortunately, if you are trying to download products older than February 2020, this is a limitation of the SciHub, cf. to this:
