Could not connect message

Hi all,

I get the following message in the browser as soon I try to log with the standards credentials (sen4cap, sen4cap)

“could not connect”

In addition to my former message, also the Sen2Agri configurator goes in error.

Any idea to fix the above?


Hello, I fixed the issue by re-installing all the packages after removing the dockers.

We had the same issue. We are running on V 1.3. Is there any other ways to solve it out instead of re-installing?

Dear All,

Found out that all services are not running due to shortage disk space. After making some space and rebooted, problem is solved.
