I assume that you were still using version 1.0.0 of the system as the latest version of installer upgrades SNAP to version 7 as indeed, version 6 has some addresses for downloaded SRTM that are no longer available (they changed).
The one from this thread is referring to the fact that the previous version of SNAP does not have anymore the correct paths for the SRTM download site(s). This conduct to a failure in one of the S1 pre-processing steps conducting to products with only NO_DATA (as dem cannot be used).
The conda issue from the first is related to a conda installation. We are still investigating this as it seems a new problem that we did not encountered so far and might be specific to your configuration and we’ll need more infos from your side. Also, please note that conda environment is used in Sen4CAP only for L4B processor. The other components of the system do not use this environment.
The second link for the topic is for an Sentinel 2 L2A product issue. Even if you marked it as an S1 topic, is actually an S2 issue but here the product disappeared from the disk so you will have to investigate also on your side why the product disappeared. Do you have /mnt/archive mounted on a network drive? Did you had any power/network failures and maybe your product was not saved properly?
