Sorry for the late reply, not sure why your posts did not appeared to me until now.
There is no need for the sudo rights after the installation/upgrade of the system
All the executions are performed under the user sen2agri-service that is created during system installation. This user does not have any rights but it needs to have the write rights for the directories configured in the system.
