Use of object storage

Dear all,

On the following slides (27) you introduced file storage and object storage:

We would like to know if it is necessary to provide object storage and file storage when using Sen4Cap? Is it possible to store Sen4Cap products like L4A, L4B etc. in the object storage?

Dear Pauline,

The object storage is cheaper than the HDD or SSD storage. We used the object storage for the pre-processed images to be able to create COG and visualize them in other installations (Geopedia here).

I’m not sure if other type of products can be store into object storage or not.
