I am a student and I want to learn how to use SEN4CAP, I am using some of the data uploaded on SEN4CAP website.
I have problems I started to work in a study zone in the CREODias VM but when I delete the study zone it does not delete the files from the disk.
My goal is to get the crop map but I have had several problems. As errors in the L2-S1 Pre-Processor or LPIS/GSAA.
Could you help me please?

Could you please provide more details on the errors you obtain (L2-S1 Pre-Processor and LPIS/GSAA)?
Were the products correctly imported into the downloader_history?
Also, what version of system do you use and is it a fresh or upgraded version?
