Error in defining a season for a site

I cannot define a season for my site after defining the site and the error is :

I tried to check this topic “Can't activate processors in list of seasons” but was not helpful. I tried to restart the service(also gave the 777 permission to /mnt folder) but it was not successful. After trying to reinstall the postgres db by using the “install_postgres_only.sh” in the Sen4Cap installation zip file, now I am not able to define new sites which is available at strong text
