New Release installation failure

Dear Sen4CAP

I downloaded and tried to install the new version of Sen4CAP (May 2020) and I got the following error messages

from a fresh VM using CentOS 7.8 (I prepared the initial folders and MAJA installator as per SUM).

Do you have any advice on solving this issue?

Update - fixed installing previous version and updating to new version.

Continuing from yesterday question at the webinar. I believe something is wrong with the installation. the L2A downloader key in the database is not present (see image)

  • is sen4cap compatible with CentOS 7.8? or it is better to have 7.5 (i tried to find an iso of this version unsuccessfully)

  • is there a way to check if some component are not correctly installed ?
